Job Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support and solutions to Relationship Managers in servicing corporate customers.
• Collaborate closely with Relationship Managers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely responses to customer inquiries and transactions, such as remittances, bank guarantees, reference letters, and other documentation.
• Monitor customer credit renewals and ensure timely preparation and registration of credit facilities.
• Conduct document screening for Anti-Money Laundering checks and provide disposition comments.
• Prepare semi-annual and annual renewal reports for preferential fees and charges.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external policies at all times.

Job Requirements

• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and transactions.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment, quickly understanding customer requirements and presenting suitable solutions.
• Be meticulous with excellent and clear communication skills.
• Experience with loan funding systems is an advantage.
