Job Description

As part of Sun Venture's Private Equity Fund Investment team, the Analyst/Associate will assist in the development and implementation of the private markets investment programme.

You will be responsible for assisting the team in conducting research of fund managers and financial markets through a rigorous due diligence process and regular monitoring of investments:

  • Assist in third-party fund manager research and the preparation of investment reports, encompassing both qualitative and quantitative research.
  • Research and assist in the market mapping of fund managers and collate relevant data for future alternative investments.
  • Document updates for existing and potential investments, including updating performance tables and analytics.
  • Assist in the preparation of monitoring reports.
  • Assist in other ad-hoc projects and tasks related to the investment programme.

Requirements

  • Degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant private markets investment experience.
  • Passion for investment management, with knowledge or experience in portfolio management technicalities.
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and thorough.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
