Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Operate, develop and improve trading and market making
  • Conduct quantitative research and statistical analysis
  • Investigate and resolve issues across UAT, and production environments.
  • Apply creativity and technical skills to elicit objective answers from historical data
  • Make continuous improvements to the strategies and solutions and test environment based on market conditions
  • Provide timely systems support for trading activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s / Masters or PhD Degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics discipline
  • Strong proficiency in C++ is essential, experience in Python is a plus.
  • Project experience with trading systems or risk engines is a big plus.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced trading floor environment is essential.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills are a must.
  • Highly motivated, dependable, and capable of meeting tight deadlines
