Job description

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated Analyst or Associate to join our Singapore office. This role will involve supporting fundraising efforts, providing liquidity solutions, and offering GP advisory services, with a specific focus on the Asian market and projects in digital infrastructure and energy transition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist GPs in raising capital by connecting them with institutional investors and high-net-worth individuals.
  • Prepare marketing materials, pitch books, and presentations tailored to potential investors.

Liquidity Solutions:

  • Support the identification and execution of liquidity solutions for existing LPs and portfolio companies, including secondary transactions.
  • Provide advice and support to GPs on fundraising strategies and investor relations, including perception analysis and navigating the complexities of private markets.

Market Focus:

  • Conduct research on the Asian market and specific sectors, such as digital infrastructure and energy transition, to identify trends and opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
  • 1-3 years of experience in finance, investment banking, private equity, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
