Graduate Recruitment
You will recruit junior talent via our scholarship, internship, and graduate talent programmes.

You will be part of a team that champions the people agenda for GIC.

What will you do as an Analyst/ Associate (1 year contract) with the Graduate Recruitment team?

This role is a pivotal position within the team, providing administrative and operational support; this includes maintaining the applicant database, scheduling interviews, preparing contracts, processing payments, and other administration duties. Working in a lively team environment, you’ll have every chance to make an impact and show us the skills and enthusiasm you have to offer.

  • Support a full-scale global recruitment process for GIC’s graduate, internship, and scholarship programmes (e.g., collating applications, liaising with overseas offices, interview arrangements, preparation of offer letters)
  • Participate in campus recruitment branding efforts and activities (e.g., preparing marketing collaterals, swag, and organizing recruitment events)
  • Provide programme management support in terms of administration and scheduling
  • Partner with other HR teams to streamline processes, and to share and learn best practices
  • Suggest ways to improve processes to increase team efficiency
  • Data management, handling of systems, and UAT work
  • Track and collate recruitment statistics useful for management decisions

What qualifications or skills should you possess in this role?

  • Diploma / Degree holder with around 2 to 3 years of relevant HR experience
  • Ability to be resourceful, take initiative, and be well-organized is important
  • Able to represent GIC well, as you will be the face of the organization to candidates
  • Ability to interact well, and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., setting up interviews with candidates in different time zones, liaising with internal HR colleagues to drive deliverables)
  • Experience with events management/planning is an advantage
