Job summary

A leading banking institution in Singapore is seeking an Analyst/Associate in Financial Performance Planning & Support. The role involves tracking financial records, preparing budgets, and enhancing financial processes using coding skills. Candidates should have a degree in finance or related fields and at least 4 years of experience in related roles. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel are essential. This position supports both individual and group financial performance efforts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in financial planning, analysis, reporting or business management roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills & attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proactive and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in corporate real estate, MIS reporting, and financial planning is preferred.
  • Coding knowledge (e.g., Python, R, VBA, SQL) or a strong willingness to learn is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records of all CRESA balance sheet items.
  • Ensure timely and accurate monthly GLAO sign-offs & monthly rent roll & account receivable submission.
  • Prepare and coordinate monthly financial reviews for corporate landlords.
  • Support the annual budget and forecast preparation for corporate landlords and group occupancy.
  • Coordinate SCM collection efforts for timely and accurate submissions.
  • Prepare and review monthly recurring and project-related accruals.
  • Assist with various CRESA finance initiatives including financial modeling and metrics development.
  • Track capital and project expenditures.
