Primary Purpose:

This position is responsible for supporting Retail Accounting Activities.

Responsibilities:

• Perform cash collection and AR application from relevant Landlords, Department Stores, and E-commerce Business.
• Evaluate customer credit worthiness, risks and determine appropriate credit limits.
• Support in monthly closing activities for Retail Accounting.
• Preparation of Balance Sheet Schedules and perform reconciliation.
• Finance operational activities such as Business/Sales License Applications, Stock takes etc.
• Liaising with the auditor for the annual statutory audit.
• Perform job-related duties as assigned.
• SOX Control: Ensure all internal control process comply with internal company policy.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Accounting and Finance.
• 3-5 years working experience in Accounting/Finance Department at Multinational Company or Big 4.
• Have experience in credit analysis or a related field.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office is a must.
• SAP and Lease Accounting knowledge is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, self-initiative, and team player skills.
• Possess ability to multi-task and work well under pressure, as this scope would cover multiple regions.
