We are seeking an Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional financial advice, investment solutions, and brokerage services to high-net-worth individuals, families, and foundations. This role involves managing KYC information and documentation in accordance with global standards and local regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform administrative support tasks such as preparing welcome packs, document scanning, and archiving.
• Handle the Account Change Request process, ensuring all changes are processed in adherence to policies and procedures in a timely manner.
• Conduct Periodic Reviews to ensure compliance with review procedures in a timely manner.
• Perform ad hoc Enhanced Due Diligence reviews for higher-risk accounts, including reviewing high-risk factors such as Politically Exposed Persons (PEP) and Negative News.

Requirements:

• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education or experience.
• 1-3 years of relevant working experience in the financial services industry.
