Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is hiring for an AMS support role in the West of Singapore. The position offers a basic salary up to SGD 2,500 per month plus AWS and a variable bonus.

Training will be provided, and excellent welfare and career progression opportunities are highlighted. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm, with site-based responsibilities. Responsibilities include processing AMS customer requests, assisting in testing and commissioning of AMS programming, handling AMS

Qualifications

• Possess minimum Nitec in Business Administration qualification or relevant.
• Training provided for those lesser/without experience.

Responsibilities

• To process all AMS customer’s requests & handle customer inquiries on AMS matter
• To assist Project Engineer in testing & commissioning of AMS customer programming
• Responsible in processing AMS report according to customer’s request or schedule
• To perform downloading of data from site’s card access panel to Control Centre
• Conduct periodic backup & archive customer’s history transactions and database
• To backup Technical Department & response to AMS Technical Fault
• Any others ad hoc duties as assigned
