As part of our exciting expansion, AMPS TEA is seeking passionate Baristas and Senior Baristas to help bring our signature tea beverages and desserts to more customers. You will play a key role in delivering the unique AMPS TEA store experience — and be part of building something special from the ground up.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences
• Use proper brewing techniques and equipment to ensure consistent quality
• Process customer orders accurately and handle payments
• Deliver the full AMPS TEA experience as a brand ambassador
• Follow operational policies, procedures, and hygiene standards
• Maintain cleanliness in your work area and ensure equipment is well-kept
• Monitor tea inventory, restock supplies, and assist with deliveries

Who We’re Looking For

• Passionate, responsible, and self-motivated individuals
• Experience as a Barista or in a similar F&B role is an advantage (but not required)
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• A strong team player who thrives on collaboration
