Job summary

SUCCESS HUMAN RESOURCE CENTRE PTE. LTD. is seeking an AML Risk Analyst for a 6-month contract based in Singapore, located at Raffles Place. You will analyse customer profiles and transactions focusing on sanctions, money laundering and terrorism financing, and provide risk assessments for management.

The role requires minimum 2 years of AML/CFt experience or related certification, strong analytical skills, and the ability to coordinate with internal stakeholders. Salary up to SGD 4,300 per month.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Degree holder aspiring to develop a career in AML risk management.
• 2 years of sanctions/AML/CFT operational experience and/or certification.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements relating to sanctions, money laundering and terrorism financing.
• Self-starter with a strong positive mindset and self-motivation ability.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analysing new and existing customers’ profiles and transactions in sanctions, ML and TF.
• Providing AML risk assessments of customers’ profiles and transactions.
• Recommending risk mitigating strategies for senior management consideration.
• Implementing approved risk mitigating strategies with thorough execution.
• Processing escalated name screening alerts and priority requests from compliance or local authorities.
• Reviewing and filing STRs with Group Regulatory Compliance Unit.
• Conducting Standard or Enhanced Customer Due Diligence reviews.
• Managing information requests from customers and internal stakeholders.
• Exiting and closure of customer banking relationships.
• Tracking activities progress through MIS updates and reporting.
• Providing AML advisory support to internal stakeholders.
• Participating in on-demand risk management projects including RPA and RegTech initiatives.
