Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, Data Science or a related discipline.
• Internship experience in payments, data analysis, or related fields.
• Data analytical skills with practical knowledge of SQL/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide AML-related compliance support by executing tasks, documenting risks, and implementing solutions.
• Collaborate with business units to understand models and risk exposures.
• Detect suspicious transactions and assist in developing monitoring rules.
• Design and maintain monitoring effectiveness matrices and dashboards.
• Support the development and refinement of policies across the transaction monitoring lifecycle.
• Coordinate with regional and global teams to support monitoring processes.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency.
• Assist with project management and data analysis tasks.
• Interpret data with accuracy and attention to detail.
