IQ-EQ is seeking a junior AML/KYC professional to support regional onboarding, reviews, and ongoing monitoring for fund administration and corporate services clients in Singapore. You will verify documentation, liaise with clients and stakeholders, and help maintain compliant client records.

Ideal candidates possess up to 2 years in AML/KYC or related fields, strong analytical abilities, and proficiency in MS Office; fluency in English is essential, Mandarin a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, with up to 2 years of experience in AML/KYC, compliance, fund administration, banking, or financial services; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive willingness to learn and develop professionally.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent English; Mandarin is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Support investor and client AML/KYC onboarding, periodic reviews, ongoing monitoring, and due diligence across fund administration and corporate services clients.
• Review and verify client documentation, including identification documents, source of funds, source of wealth, sanctions screening, adverse media findings.
• Liaise with clients, investors, and internal stakeholders to obtain and follow up on AML/KYC documentation.
• Maintain accurate client records in internal systems and databases.
• Assist in preparing documentation and reports for regulatory, compliance, audit, and internal reviews.
• Identify and elevate potential AML/KYC concerns or high-risk matters to senior team members.
