Role Overview

You’ll play a key role in developing and executing Binance’s Compliance Risk Management Program, focusing on Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF), and other high-risk areas like Sanctions, Anti-Bribery & Corruption, and Market Abuse. This role is central to conducting Enterprise-Wide Risk Assessments (EWRA), enhancing controls, and producing actionable insights for senior management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the global Compliance Risk Management Program; lead annual EWRA cycles
  • Expand the EWRA program to cover Sanctions, ABC, and Market Abuse risks
  • Work with compliance teams to assess new and existing products for risk
  • Maintain and document risk controls to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Coordinate with global teams to align methodology and execution of risk assessments
  • Assist in horizon scanning and regulatory impact assessments
  • Generate actionable risk insights and performance reports for leadership
  • Track and report Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and recommend mitigations for risks outside of appetite
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in compliance within regulated financial services
  • 2+ years direct experience with EWRA implementation
  • Preferred: CAMS-RM or similar advanced risk certification
  • Strong understanding of compliance risks and control environments
  • Excellent communication skills—able to simplify complex issues
  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving ability and teamwork mindset
