Job summary

QCP Group in Singapore is seeking a part-time AML Data Analytics intern to support data analysis, regulatory research, and policy drafting. You will work with the team to monitor AML regulations, prepare dashboards, and assist in updating internal controls.

The role requires actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a related field, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel plus exposure to SQL/Python/BI tools. Flexible working arrangement offered.

Qualifications

• Pursuing/bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, CS, IS, Math or related field.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with large datasets.
• Advanced Excel: PivotTables, Power Query, and formulas; SQL/Python/BI tools are a plus.
• Experience with SQL, Python, Power BI, or Tableau is advantageous.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to manage priorities.
• Excellent written & verbal communication; detail-oriented and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Analyse large datasets to support AML investigations, monitoring, and due diligence.
• Identify trends, anomalies, and risk indicators through data analysis.
• Prepare dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for management and regulatory reporting.
• Support automation and enhancement of AML reporting and processes.
• Monitor and summarize AML/CFT regulatory developments from MAS, FATF, and global regulators.
• Assist in drafting, updating AML policies, procedures, and guidance documents.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and external consultants on regulatory initiatives.
• Support planning, execution, and tracking of AML compliance projects.
