Job summary

ABeam Consulting (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a BA support within the compliance department to lead the replacement of the transaction filtering system using Firco, with emphasis on sanction list management and AML compliance.

You will coordinate with branches, head office, and other departments to ensure smooth implementation, knowledge transfer, and clear documentation. Strong English and banking experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Min 3 years’ banking experience with FIRCO and AML screening.
• Business-level English with strong reading, writing, listening and speaking.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills using PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience coordinating with Japanese companies is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Serve as BA support in compliance, focusing on replacing the transaction filtering system using Firco.
• Manage sanction list processes and AML screening activities.
• Coordinate with branches, head office and other departments for smooth implementation.
• Provide knowledge transfer and maintain clear documentation throughout the project.
