Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Systems Project Specialist with deep expertise in PLC programming, HMI/SCADA systems, IoT technologies, and and advanced diagnostics systems such as Motor Current Signature Analysis (MCSA) and Vibration Monitoring Systems (VMS). The successful candidate will support the execution of automation and condition monitoring projects, ensuring robust system integration and data-driven reliability strategies.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and integrate PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems for industrial automation projects.
• Implement and maintain Motor Current Signature Analysis (MCSA) systems to detect faults in motors and rotating equipment.
• Deploy and integrate Vibration Monitoring Systems (VMS) for predictive maintenance and equipment health monitoring.
• Integrate IoT-enabled solutions for real-time data acquisition, remote diagnostics, and asset management.
• Lead or support project phases including requirements gathering, system design, testing (FAT/SAT), deployment, and documentation.
• Work with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure seamless system integration across automation, condition monitoring, and database server.
• Develop technical documentation including control philosophies, BOM lists, single-line diagram/electrical/signal drawings, and maintenance procedures.
• Provide on-site and remote support, including commissioning, troubleshooting, and training.
• Ensure all systems are compliant with industry standards, safety requirements, and cybersecurity best practices.

Job Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Control Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in automation control and electrical engineering.
• Strong programming skills in PLC platforms (Mitsubishi, Omron, Keyence, Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider, etc.).
• Experience with SCADA and HMI systems such as Weintek, Advantec, Mitsubishi, etc.
• Proficient in deploying MCSA tools and interpreting current signature data for motor condition assessment.
• Experience with Vibration Monitoring Systems and data interpretation.
• Familiarity with industrial communication protocols: Modbus, OPC UA, MQTT, Profibus, etc.
• Expertise in programming of various controllers and circuit design.
• Knowledge of IoT architectures for integrating sensor data into enterprise or cloud systems.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel to client sites for commissioning or support activities.
