A leading company is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to enhance supply chain operations by developing strategies and improving processes. This role involves supervising a team, liaising with other departments for effective planning, and implementing business improvements to achieve departmental goals. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and experience in supply chain management, aimed at maximizing resource efficiency and customer satisfaction.

• Develop strategies for centralized supply chain planning and coordination.
• Supervise daily operations and manage staff performance.
• Coordinate with Sales for delivery and purchasing plans.

Job description

Duties:

• Develop and implement strategies for centralized planning and coordination of supply chain for achievement of departmental goals

• Propose and implement supply chain related business process improvements

• Coordinate with Corporate Planning and Finance for monthly update to Reginal Office and Japan.

• Supervise subordinate on daily operations

• Establish and maintain performance by systematically orienting, training, and developing subordinates; manage staff by counselling and disciplining; planning, monitoring and appraising job result

• Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; improving workflow and following up on work results to provide excellent support and service to our customers, maximize resources and minimize wastage for the Company

• To liaise with Sales department to generate sales execution plan and purchasing plan to meet customers’ delivery requirement and cooperate inventory budget

• Work with Sales Managers to improve stock forecasting accuracy.

• Perform any duties as assigned by Managing Director
