Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Understand and plan for developments in alignment with the latest MOH’s services and norms.

  • Work with end users to develop Schedules of Accommodation (SOA) and gather their requirements.

  • Monitor and coordinate procurement of consultancy and construction packages for project implementation.

  • Monitor the utilisation of the approved budget and provide regular updates to management.

  • Oversee procurement of furniture, fixtures, and equipment in alignment with the building works schedule.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders for operational readiness, including launching new buildings and relocating from existing polyclinics if applicable.

  • Provide support in strategic budgeting, manpower development, clinical services, quality, technology, etc.

  • Perform any other duties assigned by your Reporting Officer.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Building, Architecture, Project & Facilities Management, or Engineering.

  • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in planning and development, preferably in the healthcare sector.

  • Knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
