Job summary

RHB Bank Singapore seeks a highly motivated ALM & Liquidity Risk Manager to join our Risk Management team. You will oversee ALM and liquidity risk across the branch, advise stakeholders, and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role involves developing risk frameworks for Singapore, coordinating with Treasury, Finance, Risk and Operations, and supporting analytical reporting for committees. Strong regulatory knowledge and data analysis skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of liquidity risk or balance sheet experience.
• Knowledge of Basel II/III, LCR, NSFR.
• Experience with regulatory reporting.
• Strong numeracy and data analysis skills.
• Ability to liaise with stakeholders.
• Experience with equity capital market activities.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and build collaborative relationships with Treasury, finance, risk, and operations teams.
• Provide advisory support on liquidity risk and ALM-related matters.
• Monitor liquidity risk/ALM limits and escalate when needed.
• Enforce ALM policies and develop risk frameworks for Singapore.
• Participate in stress testing and assess mitigation measures.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore regulators and raise alerts on non-conformance.
• Prepare meeting minutes and analytical reports for SG ALCO and Group ALCO.
• Support monitoring of risk metrics related to equity market activities in Singapore.
