An established industry player in logistics is seeking a Customer Service Officer with expertise in airfreight operations. This role involves managing customer inquiries, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring timely updates on shipments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, particularly in airfreight, and be proficient in relevant documentation and management systems. Position : Customer Service Officer (Shipping/Air Freight)
Location : Changi Cargo
Working hours : Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 6.00pm, Alternate Saturday 9am-1pm after probation
Salary(commensurate on experience) : Up to $3500 + Performance Bonus + 12 days Annual leave
Duration : Permanent

Main Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries related to airfreight shipments (export/import)
Provide timely shipment updates to customers
Coordinate with operations, airlines, and transport teams to meet customer requirements
Prepare quotations, booking confirmations, and necessary shipping documents
Manage and resolve customer complaints or service issues
Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and partners
Support the operations team with documentation and follow-ups when required
Requirements:
Minimum ITE/Diploma in related field.
Good understanding of airfreight operations and documentation
Minimum 1–2 years experience in airfreight customer service or logistics
Proficient in MS Office and freight management systems
