Job description

  • Position : Airfreight Operations Assistant (IMPORT/EXPORT)

  • Location : Changi Cargo

  • Working hours : Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 6.00pm, Alternate Saturday 9am-1pm after probation

  • Salary(commensurate on experience) : Up to $3500 + Performance Bonus + 12 days Annual leave

  • Duration : Permanent

  • Industry : Logistic Solution Provider

Main Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day airfreight export and import operations

  • Coordinate with airlines, agents, transporters, and customs

  • Prepare documents such as AWB, export/import permits, and declarations

  • Monitor cargo movements and ensure timely delivery

  • Communicate with customers and vendors on shipment status

  • Manage shipment bookings and space arrangements

  • Ensure compliance with DG (Dangerous Goods) and airfreight regulations

Requirements:

  • Mnimum ITE/Diploma in related field.

  • Minimum 1–2 years experience in airfreight operations (export/import)

  • Knowledge of airfreight documentation and customs procedures
