Job summary

NEXadept is seeking an Algorithm Engineer in Singapore to lead core matching and marketing algorithms. You will design, implement and refine engines affecting transaction efficiency and user experience, from data pipelines to model deployment and real-time monitoring.

The role requires 3+ years in recommender systems, search or advertising, and strong ML knowledge across classic and modern models. A collaborative, business-minded engineer will thrive in this fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Hands-on experience in Recommendation Systems, Search or Advertising (3+ years).
• Strong understanding of ML concepts and practical frame- work proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and iterate core matching transaction algorithms and marketing algorithms.
• Enhance user experience and maximize business outcomes through data-driven improvements.
• Own model R&D sub-modules across data pipelines, feature engineering, training, deployment and monitoring.
• Identify bottlenecks through data analysis and propose actionable improvements.
• Collaborate with senior technical leaders to drive algorithmic innovations.
