Job summary

DADACONSULTANTS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Algorithm Engineer in Singapore to develop core matching and recommendation algorithms and to drive ML initiatives across product verticals.

You will own the model lifecycle from data processing to deployment monitoring, with a focus on causal inference and time series where applicable, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable ML solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related technical field.
• 2+ years of hands-on algorithm development experience.
• Strong foundation in recommendation systems, search algorithms, or advertising optimization.
• Proficiency in mainstream machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and strong programming skills in Python or similar languages.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and optimization of core matching and recommendation algorithms to continuously improve key performance metrics.

• Deep understanding of machine learning principles with expertise in causal inference, time series forecasting, multi-task learning, or reinforcement learning (is a bonus)
• Proficiency in mainstream machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and strong programming skills in Python or similar languages
• Experience with online learning systems and real-time algorithm deployment (is a bonus)
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities with high sensitivity to data patterns and business metrics
