A reputable staffing agency in Singapore seeks a Customer Service Agent for a prestigious VIP Lounge. The role involves providing exceptional food and beverage service, managing guest needs, and maintaining top-tier hygiene standards. Candidates should have a strong service mindset and good command of English, with a favorable background in hospitality. This full-time position offers competitive benefits, including a basic salary of $2,000–2,500/month, shift allowance, and a sign-on bonus.
As a Customer Service Agent (CSA) in our prestigious VIP Lounge, you will play a crucial role in providing an elevated guest experience through exceptional food & beverage service in a refined and fast-paced environment. You'll ensure smooth lounge operations while upholding top-tier hygiene and service standards.
Basic: $2,000-2,500/month
Shift allowance: $240/month
Sign-on Bonus: $5,000 (Paid in two tranches)
AWS + Variable Bonus + Salary Increments

Transport Provided After MRT Operating Hours
12 Days Annual Leave
6-day workweek, 44 hours/week
Rotating Shifts (24/7 operations):
Morning | Afternoon | Night
Shift hours based on flight schedules
Be well-versed in the lounge’s food and beverage offerings, with emphasis on the Singapore Hawker Fair menu.
Understand and communicate information on allergens and dietary restrictions to guests accurately.
Handle special requests, service recovery for delays or disruptions, and manage unique passenger needs with discretion.
Set up service stations, dining tables, and event carts according to established standards.
Greet and escort guests using appropriate service verbatims, take guest orders, serve, and present dishes professionally and promptly.
Maintain cleanliness and service flow between courses.
Complete daily reports, shift handovers, and assist with inventory checks.
Comply with PDPA (Personal Data Protection Act) and APD (Airport Pass Directive) protocols during all interactions.
Able to commit to a 6 day work week on rotating shifts (24/7), including weekends and Public Holidays
Good command of English
Team-oriented with a strong service mindset.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Prior experience in food and beverage or hospitality will beanadvantage.
