Job summary

A leading aviation services provider in Singapore is seeking a Safety Executive to support day-to-day operations within the Safety Team. The role involves implementing safety protocols, conducting safety inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Candidates should have relevant experience and a background in workplace safety or aviation. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential. Qualifications

• At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in workplace safety, preferably in aviation.
• WSQ Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health is an advantage.
• Video editing skills for safety training materials is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of the Safety Management System.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.
• Investigate ground incidents and support root cause analysis.
• Organize safety training and awareness campaigns.

Skills

Strong knowledge of the Workplace Safety and Health Act

Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Working knowledge of ISO9001, ISO45001

Experience with Power BI

Education

Diploma or Degree in Workplace Safety and Health, Aviation, Engineering
