Job summary

LOTTE Travel Retail Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a warehouse associate to print, prepare, and organise daily order documents and packing lists, and to execute stock transfers with accuracy.

You will pick, check, sort, and pack orders, deliver to CCs, maintain a tidy storeroom, assist with replenishment for T2/T3 stores, and support ISC duties to ensure inventory accuracy.

Shift timing includes 9.5 hours with a 1 hour break between 6am and 12am, and two monthly midnight shifts (11pm–8:30am).

Responsibilities

• Print, prepare, and organise daily order documents and picking lists to ensure all orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Carry out stock transfers between designated stores or locations, ensuring that all items are properly accounted for and stock movements are recorded accurately.
• Pick, check, sort, and pack items according to the order documents, ensuring the correct items and quantities are prepared for delivery.
• Deliver orders to the respective CCs in a timely and organised manner, ensuring that all items are delivered to the correct locations.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and well-organised storeroom by arranging stock properly, ensuring items are stored in designated areas and are easily accessible when required.
• Assist with floating stock and replenishment activities for the T2/T3 stores once ISC duties have been completed, ensuring sufficient stock availability to support daily operations.
• Assist with stock checking, counting, sorting, and monitoring to ensure inventory accuracy and minimise discrepancies.
• Carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Manager, Supervisor, or Team Leader from time to time.
