Changi Airport Group (CAG) is seeking an Airport Emergency Officer to carry out rescue and firefighting duties, operate equipment, and maintain readiness at Singapore's airports. You will undergo a 3-week BAFF Fitness Programme (BFP) followed by a 3-month Basic Airport Fire Fighter (BAFF) training aligned with ICAO standards.

Upon completion, you will be deployed to an airport fire station, gaining frontline experience and opportunities to work across stations and military airbases, accelerating

Qualifications

• At least NITEC, GCE ‘O’ Level, or GCE ‘N’ Level.
• Strong interest in rescue or emergency response work.
• Able to stay calm and think clearly under pressure.
• Good communication skills.
• Self-disciplined, reliable and a strong team player.
• Physically and medically fit for emergency duties, with good eyesight and colour vision.
• Willing to perform shift duties, including nights and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Respond to aircraft incidents, aerodrome fires, and emergency situations.
• Operate rescue and fire fighting vehicles, vessels and specialised fire fighting equipment.
• Participate in regular drills, physical training, and skills development to maintain operational readiness.
• Conduct routine checks on fire fighting vehicles, tools and station facilities.
• Assist in documenting incidents and providing information for post incident reviews.
• Work with airport teams and external emergency agencies during emergency responses and joint exercises.
