A leading name in the aviation industry is seeking customer service professionals to assist passengers at Changi Airport. Responsibilities include helping with inquiries, sharing flight information, and supporting daily operations. Candidates should have a GCE 'O' Level and at least one year of customer service experience. The role requires confidence in interacting with diverse backgrounds and the ability to work in rotating shifts. Attractive remuneration package offered.
Location: Changi Airport
Remuneration Package: Up to gross $2300(Inclusive of allowances)

What You’ll Be Doing:
Assist passengers & visitors with queries and directions
Share flight info & recommend airport dining/retail options
Respond via calls, emails, chatbot & social media
Handle on-site incidents & medical emergencies
Support daily operations and take on ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
GCE “O” Level & at least 1 year of customer service experience
Confident and comfortable interacting with passengers from diverse backgrounds
Able to work rotating shifts
