AWS + Up to 3 months Bonus

Responsibilities
Deliver a positive and memorable experience for every passenger.
Manage check-in procedures and welcome passengers as they arrive.
Ensure the departure process is seamless and efficient for all travelers.
Support passengers with special needs, offering dedicated assistance as required.
Deliver customer service in premium lounges at Changi Airport.
Requirements:
Must be comfortable with 3 rotating shifts (Morning, Noon, Night, based on roster)
Experience in a customer service-related position is welcome; professional training provided.
