Summary

Responsibilities

• Deliver a positive and memorable experience for every passenger.

• Manage check-in procedures and welcome passengers as they arrive.

• Ensure the departure process is seamless and efficient for all travelers.

• Support passengers with special needs, offering dedicated assistance as required.

• Deliver customer service in premium lounges at Changi Airport.

Requirements:

• Must be comfortable with 3 rotating shifts (Morning, Noon, Night, based on roster)

• Experience in a customer service-related position is welcome; professional training provided.
