The Cocoa Trees at Changi Airport is hiring Retail Associates to join our team across multiple terminals. You will be the friendly face helping customers choose premium chocolates and confectioneries, handle transactions, and maintain an inviting store environment.

No prior experience required as training is provided; we value passion for service, in-store teamwork, and a willingness to learn about our wide range of products.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is preferred but training is provided.
• Able to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Passion for premium chocolates and confectionery products.
