Job summary

You will perform routine maintenance, inspect and repair BHS equipment, diagnose issues, and respond to emergencies to minimize downtime. Candidate should have a high school diploma in mechanical, mechatronic, electrical, or electronics engineering with at least 3 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma in mechanical, mechatronic, electrical, or electronics engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in maintenance of industrial equipment.
• Experience in baggage handling systems or related field is a plus.
• Knowledge of troubleshooting electrical control panels, drives, and PLCs is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on the Baggage Handling System (BHS) equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues within the BHS system swiftly and effectively.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations and breakdowns, minimizing downtime.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of maintenance activities and inspections.
• Comply with safety protocols and airport regulations while carrying out maintenance tasks.
• Assist in equipment modification, replacement, and installation of new assets.
• Stay updated with the latest BHS technologies and participate in relevant training sessions.
