• Able to work independently and handle urgent shipments.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day airfreight export and import operations.
• Coordinate with airlines, agents, transporters, and customs.
• Prepare documents such as AWB, export/import permits, and declarations.
• Monitor cargo movements and ensure timely delivery.
• Communicate with customers and vendors on shipment status.
• Manage shipment bookings and space arrangements.
• Ensure compliance with DG (Dangerous Goods) and airfreight regulations.

Job description

Position: Airfreight Operations Executive (Import / Export)
Basic Salary: $2,800 – $3,200
Working Days: 9am - 6pm (Mon-Fri), 9am - 1pm (Sat)
Working Location: Changi Airfreight Center
