  • Permit Declaration: Prepare and submit customs permits and ensure compliance with all Singapore Customs regulations for air cargo.
  • Documentation: Process and handle essential shipping documents, including Air Waybills (AWB), commercial invoices, and packing lists with high accuracy.
  • System Updates: Perform real-time data entry and updates into our in-house Transportation Management System (TMS) to ensure shipment visibility for all stakeholders.
  • Global Communication: Liaise effectively with overseas offices, agents, and partners to provide shipment status updates and resolve any operational issues.
  • Customer Service: Address inquiries from customers and provide timely and professional support.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in airfreight operations or a similar role within the freight forwarding/logistics industry is preferred. Candidates with relevant diplomas or certifications are also encouraged to apply.
  • Skills (Permit Declaration): Knowledge of Singapore’s customs procedures and experience with permit declarations via TradeNet is highly advantageous.
  • Skills (Technical): Proficient in using Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and standard office software.
  • Attributes:
Strong organisational and time-management skills to handle multiple shipments simultaneously.
Meticulous and detail-oriented to ensure accuracy in documentation and data entry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with a global team.
A proactive problem-solver with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Work Schedule: Willingness and ability to work on a rotating shift basis, which includes weekends and public holidays, is a mandatory requirement for this role.

What We Offer:
