Jobscope:

• Lead and support the team by providing training, guidance, and acting as the primary contact for operational escalations.

• Coordinate with overseas agents on shipment requirements, documentation, and rate negotiations to ensure smooth cargo movement.

• Oversee and verify AWB/HAWB and related shipping documents; report any discrepancies to relevant parties.

• Ensure strict adherence to IATA regulations, customer SOPs, and work instructions for all cargo shipments.

• Manage special cargo, including oversized, sensitive, or high-value shipments, with attention to detail and compliance.

• Promptly address customer inquiries and complaints, offering effective solutions or initiating corrective actions.

• Work closely with the export operations team to maintain accurate documentation and meet invoicing timelines.

• Provide operational backup and assist in shipment execution when necessary to maintain workflow continuity.
