A logistics company in Singapore is seeking individuals to manage customer orders and documentation in the freight forwarding sector. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, processing shipments, and providing logistical support. The ideal candidate should possess relevant qualifications, experience in air forwarding, and proficiency in English. Training will be provided for successful candidates.

Rotating Shift - Monday to Friday Working Hours - 1200 to 2145hrs (Rest on Saturday & Sunday)
Rotating Shift - Tuesday to Saturday (Rest on Sunday & Monday)
Tuesday to Friday - 1200 to 1200hrs
Saturday - 0800 to 2000hrs
Process customer orders and routings
Respond to customer’s shipment inquiries (tracking, routings, quotations, booking confirmation etc) in a timely manner
Process import and export shipment documentation - Singapore and APAC activity
Order processing in MNX's TMS (Transportation Management System) and C1 (Cargowise)
Coordinating shipments and handling operational requirements
Processing of Singapore airfreight Import / export documentations (Full-cycle) In-depth training will be provided.
General administrative duties including data entry, filing etc
Participate in other company projects and duties as assigned
Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience. Training will be provided.
Knowledge in Freight Forwarding operations or in a similar role with Import/Export experience a plus
Experience in handling air forwarding operations. Experience and focus on critical logistics and cold chain, biopharma, medical devices and clinical trials logistics a plus.
Customer Service/Account Management experience will have added advantage
Proficient in both written and spoken English-Fluency in a second language is a plus
Possess at least ‘O’ level, professional certificate/NiTEC/Diploma or Advanced/Higher/graduate Diploma in any field
Proficient with MS office applications
Previous experience with Cargowise or ParcelLogic-TMS is a plus .
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 Suite products
