Job description

Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage all export documents like HAWB, MAWB, invoices, packing lists, permits, and ensure customs compliance.

• Book cargo space with airlines and co-loaders, and confirm flight space for timely shipping.

• Work closely with overseas agents, airlines, and internal teams to ensure shipments are uplifted on time and keep customers updated.

• Monitor flight schedules, track shipments, resolve delays, prepare billing, and handle supplier invoices.

• Maintain good relationships with clients and partners, keep shipment records updated, and assist the Export Manager with daily tasks.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in airfreight operations, logistics, or a similar industry.

• Strong knowledge of airfreight processes, cargo booking systems, and customs clearance protocols.
