Job Description

  • Industry/ Organization Type: Freight Forwarding/ Warehousing

  • Position Title: Airfreight Customer Services

  • Working Location: Changi

  • Working Hours: 5.5 days, Mon to Fri (9am – 6pm), Sat (9am – 1pm)

  • Salary Package: Basic Salary + Performance Bonus

  • Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding airfreight exports and imports.

  • Keep customers informed with prompt updates on their shipment status.

  • Liaise with operations, airlines, and transport teams to fulfill customer needs.

  • Prepare quotations, booking confirmations, and all required shipping documents.

  • Address and resolve any customer issues or complaints related to services.

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with key accounts and business partners.

  • Assist the operations team with document preparation and necessary follow-ups as needed.
