- Conduct dimensional checks using precision tools such as vernier calipers, micrometers and gauges.
- Ensure parts meet OEM specifications and aviation quality standards.
- Record inspection findings and highlight non‑conformances.
- Maintain 5S, safety, and proper documentation.
- Follow strict aerospace SOPs and compliance requirements.
