Job summary

AlwaysHired Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking Trainee Technicians to join a leading aerospace MNC.

No experience is required and comprehensive training is provided as you participate in an extensive certification and on‑the‑job training program. The role offers a DECEMBER 2026 intake, door-to-door transport island wide, a salary range of SGD 2,700–SGD 3,200 plus a shift allowance and potential monthly bonuses. OT may be required and air‑conditioned work environment.

Qualifications

• No experience required; full training provided.
• Willingness to learn basic aerospace technician duties.
• Ability to work in a structured shift environment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve issues in aircraft engines.
• Disassemble aircraft engines for inspection and maintenance.
• Conduct testing and upkeep of engine components.
