AlwaysHired Pte. Ltd. is hiring Trainee Technicians in Singapore to support aerospace maintenance and repair services.

No prior experience is required as full training is provided to develop skills in preventive maintenance, minor repairs, and safety checks. Roles involve shift work with morning and afternoon schedules and islandwide door-to-door transport. • Fabricate and carry out minor repairs on airframe sheet metal, electrical wiring, and subsystem assemblies.
• Conduct operational and functional checks using appropriate test equipment to verify serviceability and airworthiness.
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with national aviation regulations, company procedures, and safety standards.

Work Schedule:

• 5 Days Work Week (8 hours, Morning & Afternoon shift only)

• Morning: 6:30am - 4:15pm

• Afternoon: 4:00pm - 1:45am
