Job summary

A leading aerospace company seeks an experienced Aircraft Maintenance Technician to perform troubleshooting, inspections, and maintenance on various aircraft components. Candidates should have relevant aviation qualifications and experience in structural or avionics repairs, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations and effective communication regarding aircraft status.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in aircraft structural or avionics repair/modification experience.
• Ability to read mechanical engineering drawings.
• Basic knowledge of workplace safety and environmental requirements.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, inspect, and perform maintenance on customer aircraft.
• Perform and document all work according to manuals and regulations.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots, inspects and performs maintenance on customer aircraft including engine, avionics and aircraft components.
• Performs and documents all work performed per appropriate manuals and regulations as required.

Qualifications

• You must hold aviation / trade specific training or equivalent qualification;
• You must be able to read mechanical engineering drawings;
• You have minimum 5 years in aircraft experience on structural or avionics repair/modification experience or substantiated similar experience;
• You have basic knowledge of Work Health & Safety and Environmental requirements in workplace safety and environmental aspects of aircraft maintenance operations;
• You have ability to effectively communicate in both written and verbal form on individual and / or aircraft status.
