Job summary

Manpower Singapore is recruiting for a role in aircraft engine maintenance at our client’s MRO facility in Singapore. The position involves diagnosing faults, disassembly, inspection and overhaul of Rolls-Royce Trent engine variants, in accordance with OEM manuals and safety standards.

This role requires at least a NITEC in engineering and 2 years in aerospace or aircraft maintenance, with shift work capability.

Qualifications

• Minimum NITEC in Engineering or a relevant discipline.
• Hands-on experience in aerospace or aircraft maintenance preferred.
• Able to work in shift environments.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and rectify engine faults in an MRO setting.
• Disassemble, inspect, repair and overhaul aircraft engines per OEM manuals.
• Test and calibrate engine components to maintain safety and quality.
• Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and keep accurate maintenance records.
• Support training and setup for new operations.

Our client is a leading provider of aircraft engine overhaul and component repair services, specializing in the Rolls-Royce Trent engine series. With advanced facilities capable of supporting all Trent variants, the company completes over 300 engine overhauls annually and operates a state-of-the-art engine testing centre to ensure fast and efficient turnaround times.

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: Up to $3,500
• Gross Monthly Salary: Up to $4,000++

Work Schedule

• 4-day work week (8-hour shift)
• Morning Shift: 6:30am - 4:15pm
• Afternoon Shift: 4:00pm - 1:45am

About the Job

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and rectify aircraft engine faults within an MRO environment.
• Perform engine disassembly, inspection, repair and overhaul in accordance with OEM manuals and maintenance procedures.
• Test and calibrate engine components to meet strict safety, quality and performance standards.
• Ensure all work complies with aviation regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities in line with regulatory and company standards.
• Assist in training and operational setup.

Requirements

• Minimum NITEC in Engineering or relevant discipline
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in aerospace, aviation or aircraft maintenance. Preferably with hands-on work in aircraft engines.
• Able to work in shift environments.
• Solid technical aptitude and attention to detail.
