Job summary

Singapore Aero Support Services Pte Ltd is seeking a motivated Cabin Trainee Technician to support the maintenance and upkeep of cabin interiors on our operated fleet. You will assist with inspecting seats, galleys, lavatories, and interior components, while learning to install cabin systems and perform cleaning standards.

Under supervision, you will attend a 9-month training program with on-the-job training, rotating shifts, and assessments.

Qualifications

• Higher Nitec or Diploma in Aviation or Engineering required.
• 2–3 years' experience in a technical position preferred.
• Competent in using hand tools and power tools is an added advantage.
• Willing to work in warm, humid environment and rotating shifts including weekends/ PH.
• Must attend a 9-month Cabin Trainee Technician programme with assessment.

• Install cabin interior components into commercial aircraft, including seat tracks, overhead bins, galleys, side panels, bulkheads, etc.
• Maintain luggage storage area in a neat and organized manner.
• Maintain inventory items required for handling the cleaning activities.
• Maintain the quality of the aircraft interiors on the operated fleet.
• Maintain the interior and exterior cleaning standards on the operating fleet.
• Perform other duties as assigned by your superior.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Higher Nitec or Diploma in Aviation / Engineering discipline with preferably 2 to 3 years' experience working in technical position.

• Competent in using hand tools and power tools will be an added advantage

• Comfortable to work in warm and humid environment and able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

• Candidate must attend a 9-months Cabin Trainee Technician programme (including On the Job Training) with assessment.

• Those who pass the assessment will be qualified for cabin technician role.
