Job summary

Singapore Aero Support Services Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a dedicated Aircraft Interiors Technician to perform seat and backrest cover replacements and maintain cabin finishes on the operator's fleet. You will replace carpets and curtains, collect parts from designated points, report defects during around-walk inspections, and handle ad-hoc duties as required by the supervisor.

The role requires NITEC/Higher NITEC and the ability to work in a warm, humid environment with rotating shifts

Qualifications

• Required NITEC/Higher NITEC, preferably in engineering or technical discipline.
• Able to work in a warm and humid environment.
• Rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform seat and backrest cover replacement and dressing.
• Replace aircraft cabin carpets and curtains.
• Collect parts from the designated collection point and return removed items.
• Lift seat covers for pre-departure aircraft.
• Report defects during the around-walk on the aircraft.
• Maintain the quality of the aircraft interiors on the operated fleet.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.

Education

NITEC / Higher NITEC, preferably in an Engineering/technical discipline

3. To collect parts for the above services from the designated collection point and returnremoved items to the designated point.
4. To up-lift seat cover for pre-departure aircraft.
5. To report any defects during the around walk in the aircraft.
6. Maintain the quality of the aircraft interiors on the operated fleet.
7. Ad-hoc duties as assigned to by the superior.
