Job summary

A construction company in Singapore is seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Technician to install and service VRV/VRF systems, and perform troubleshooting and maintenance on various AC units. Candidates should have 2–3 years of hands-on experience, strong knowledge of air conditioning principles, and good communication skills. A valid Class 3 Driving License is a bonus. Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and independent Air Conditioning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate must be skilled in VRV/VRF systems, able to perform electrical connection work, and capable of working independently. Work Permit applications are welcome.

Responsibilities:

• Install air conditioning units in commercial and residential settings.
• Install and service VRV/VRF (Variable Refrigerant Volume/Flow) systems (Daikin, Mitsubishi, etc.).
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults in air conditioning systems.
• Perform repair and maintenance work on various AC units, including packaged systems.
• Conduct electrical wiring and connections for VRV/VRF indoor and outdoor units.
• Work independently at job sites, ensuring timely and quality service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company quality standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Installer, especially with VRV/VRF systems.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant hands-on experience.
• Strong knowledge of air conditioning principles, practices, and electrical connections.
• Experience working with commercial air conditioning units is mandatory.
• Solid understanding of installation and servicing of VRV/VRF systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Valid Class 3 Driving License (Bonus).
