About the role

Are you an experienced Aircon Technician looking for a new challenge? Aircon 2000 Engineering, a leading provider of air conditioning and refrigeration services in the Upper Paya Lebar North-East Region, is seeking a talented Aircon Technician to join our growing team. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of commercial and residential projects, utilising your expertise to deliver top-quality service to our clients.

What you'll be doing

Performing maintenance, repair, and installation of air conditioning and refrigeration systems

Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with HVAC equipment

Conducting preventative maintenance checks and services

Liaising with clients to understand their needs and provide recommendations

Ensuring all work is completed to the highest safety and quality standards

Maintaining accurate records and documentation

Assisting with the training and development of junior technicians

What we're looking for

Relevant trade qualification in air conditioning or refrigeration

Minimum 3 years of experience as an Aircon Technician, preferably within the commercial and residential sectors

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Familiarity with industry regulations and safety protocols

A valid driver's licence and your own reliable transport
