Job summary

FedEx Express is seeking a Lead Data Analyst II for Air Network Planning & Scheduling (Special Projects). You will lead cross-functional projects spanning air network scheduling, airline partner planning, and operational performance.

Develop optimization models and analytics to improve network design, scheduling efficiency, and partner outcomes. Build automation tools to streamline planning workflows and drive end-to-end adoption across scheduling engineers, planners, and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related field.
• Significant experience in data analysis or operational analytics.
• Experience in airline scheduling or aviation/logistics operations.
• Experience building automation tools, analytical models, or internal products.
• Strong problem-solving across technical and operational domains.
