Air Freight Operations Executive

• Working Days: Monday – Friday (9:00am – 6:00pm)

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate air freight import/export shipments from export freight booking to import shipment customs clearance and end delivery.
• Request rates from airlines/GSA.
• Communicate with clients and overseas partners, providing quotes and handling shipments.
• Prepare and process AWB documentation.
• Monitor and track shipment status, providing updates and resolving issues.
• Maintain accurate records of air freight activities, including details, costs, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with internal teams for seamless coordination of operations.

Job Requirement:

• Possess minimum GCE N Level with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in handling AOG and DG will be an advantage
