Air Freight Operations Executive

ARAMEX Singapore is expanding! We are seeking Air Freight Operations Executive to join our Singapore team. You will report to the Air Freight Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day airfreight export and import operations

  • Coordinate effectively with airlines, freight forwarders, transporters, and customs authorities

  • Prepare and review shipping documents, including Air Waybills (AWB), export/import permits, and declarations

  • Track and monitor cargo movements to ensure timely and accurate delivery

  • Maintain clear and proactive communication with customers and vendors regarding shipment status

  • Ensure full compliance with Dangerous Goods handling and airfreight regulatory requirements

  • Work closely with the Customer Service team to secure and manage shipment bookings

  • Organize and schedule timely pickup of cargo from customers, ensuring smooth and efficient handling

Requirements:

  • Solid understanding of airfreight documentation and customs clearance procedures

  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience in similar industry

  • Knowledge of Cargowise is an added advantage.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time-sensitive or urgent shipments

  • Able to work overtime as and when required
